  • Eat a varied diet: every dietary advice starts with this golden rule. Because with variation in diet and the right proportions, the first results are quickly achieved.
  • Quality over quantity: pay attention to the quality of the food and not the quantity. I teach you to judge products on their quality. Think about recognizing ‘overprocessed food’, bad E-numbers and empty nutrients. You learn how to get and keep a healthy body by simply eating ‘nutritious’ food, with food that fits your body, life and goals. In short: Learn what you need to eat for your health.

    ORTHOMOLECULAR NUTRITIONAL ADVICE FOR BETTER HEALTH

     

    An orthomolecular nutritional advice ensures that your daily diet influences your health. In other words, you take some responsibility for yourself.

    But what does a healthy diet look like? This varies from person to person. Everything revolves around the right combinations so that vitamins, minerals, plant substances, proteins, fats and carbohydrates are properly absorbed. The expression “you are what you eat” can be expanded with “you are what you absorb “.

    Depending on your body, your health and your goals, we tailor a dietary pattern to suit you with additional nutritional supplements. Combined with personal coaching and a sports schedule, we go straight to your goal. In this way I help you to learn healthy habits with realistic routines for better health!

    Why are dietary supplements necessary?

    In these modern times, dietary supplements are necessary because with any balanced diet there are significant vitamin and mineral deficiencies. The use of food supplements is recommended for the following reasons:

    Nowadays, more and more people experience severe stress, as a result of which the body consumes more micronutrients than basic food can provide.

    Due to the use of food additives and medicines, the body needs more micronutrients.

    Due to the influence of environmental pollution on our living conditions, in many cases our basic diet is not sufficient.

    Because we need more vitamins and minerals to maintain the resistance to toxic stress.

    Because there are often underlying and dormant inflammations in the body due to, among other things, overprocessed food and too little exercise. All this works on our immune system which weakens the liver and your body needs a 'boost' to make the immune system stronger again.

    Because we continue to work on a long-term improvement of vitamin and mineral deficiencies in order to obtain and maintain optimal health.

It is not a substitute for healthy food, exercise, sleep and relaxation (balance). It is a powerful supplement that we need because of the busy lives, stress and certain foods that don’t offer us everything, we have daily shortages…even when we eat healthy food.
